All designs, code, and content created by Redroom remain the company's intellectual property until full payment for services is received. After settlement, ownership transfers to the client based on the signed project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The client is obligated to provide accurate information during the project and ensure timely feedback, which is essential for quality delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Redroom is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of our services or interruption of access to the website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to consideration in Georgian courts.
